Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Ranjan Solution's website (ranjansolution.in) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our services.

1. Services Description

Ranjan Solution provides custom web development, design, and digital solutions including but not limited to:

Custom web application development
E-commerce solutions
Mobile application development
UI/UX design services
SEO and digital marketing
Website maintenance and support

All services are provided on a project basis as outlined in individual service agreements.

2. Project Agreements

2.1 Scope of Work

Each project will be governed by a separate Service Agreement that outlines:

Detailed project requirements and specifications
Project timeline and milestones
Payment terms and schedule
Deliverables and acceptance criteria
Intellectual property rights

2.2 Project Changes

Any changes to the project scope after agreement signing may result in timeline adjustments and additional charges. All change requests must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Structure

30% deposit to commence work
40% upon completion of major milestones
30% upon project completion and delivery

3.2 Late Payments

Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Late payments may incur:

• 1.5% monthly interest on overdue amounts
• Suspension of services until payment is received
• Additional administrative fees for collections

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Client Materials

The client retains ownership of all materials, content, and intellectual property provided to Ranjan Solution for use in the project.

4.2 Deliverables

Upon full payment of all fees, the client receives exclusive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the Service Agreement, excluding:

Third-party components and licenses
Ranjan Solution's proprietary tools and frameworks
Pre-existing code and libraries

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes:

Business strategies and plans
Technical specifications and code
Financial information and pricing
Client lists and customer data

6. Limitation of Liability

Ranjan Solution's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

We are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Third-party actions or services
Delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control

7. Termination

7.1 Client Termination

Clients may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination:

Client pays for all work completed up to termination date
All materials and code remain Ranjan Solution's property until full payment
Any deposits are non-refundable

7.2 Our Termination Rights

We may terminate services if:

Client breaches these terms or Service Agreement
Non-payment of invoices exceeding 30 days
Client provides false or misleading information

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.
